Blood (1997)(Monolith) Game

One of the best games of all time is also one of the most overlooked. Blood, a new breed of FPS designed to surpass doom and duke nukem 3d as the shooter king on pc, instantly spawned a hardcore cult following when it was released by monolith in 1997 because of its unforgiving, over the top unrelenting brutal violence, campy old school b -movie vibe, and gruesome slapstick humor. Light your enemys on fire with hairspray, stab them with pitchforks, shoot them in the face with flares, blow them up with dynamite or just plain shred them with your sawed-off shotgun or tommy gun, not to mention it was the first game to introduce alternate fire modes for weapons, weapons akimbo and other surprises.... classic Sprite graphics and that 90's sound make this a true retro treat. if thats not enough you can always punt a severed head down a hallway in Blood, a hilarious 2d dimensional bloodbath you'll never forget.
