How to Play this Game ?
Game Description & Reviews:
Climb to the top of each building avoiding obstacles such as falling flower pots, barbells, and bird poop. Avoid King Kong's punch as well. At the top, grab the helicopter. Moving is not intuitive until you get used to it. One joystick controls your left arm and the other controls your right arm. You generally move one arm up to grab the next windowsill, then down to bend your elbows again. You can get into rythms in which you can move very quickly using left and right, but many players find it easier to use only one arm for all the climbing. You can move both joysticks to the left or right at the same time if you are in a stable position such as both arms bent. Avoid closing windows. The second building is much more difficult than the first because the stuff drops must faster. In MAME, your joysticks can be replaced by keys and it is 2 upside-down Ts for the left and right arm, up, down, left, and right.
Your goal is to climb up the side of a skyscraper as quick as you can, using the two joysticks to control your arms. Of course, it's nowhere near a simple climb. The windows open and close randomly, and you can't grab onto closed windows. People inside are almost constantly tossing potted plants out the windows, and if you get bonked on the head while you're not gripping with both hands, you'll fall and lose a life. As you ascend further, other hazards present themselves, including a garbage-dropping seagull, and a giant gorilla! At the top of the building, you grab onto a helicopter to finish the level.
