Game Description & Reviews:
Have you ever played a side-scrolling shooter where you command a... fish? Me neither. Try it out and see what it is like!
This game is a mess. Start it up, press start, and that's all, you're right into the action. No story, no options, nothing that I could notice at least.
Deep Blue is a horizontal shooter that takes place underwater, therefore your enemies are fish. A constant barrage of fish. You're presented with no information, or health, or anything. Just your ship and fish. Whenever you bump into a fish, you're stunned for a second or so, but since there's so many fish on screen this can mean you take damage constantly. The only clue as to how much damage your ship has is indicated by the light but even that's hard to notice.
Simply put, this gem by Pack-in Video is very difficult. At least, however, the game controls well, both buttons shoot so if you alternate pressing them you can shoot faster.
