This game leaves little room for input from the player. It allows you to make choices to further the story in certain places, thus changing the outcome. It actually is more of a novel that you read and choose the path it will go. Anyone remember the "Choose your own Adventure" series? Kind of like that...

Radical Dreamers is a side story set in the world of JRPG classic Chrono Trigger and is the basis for what would later become Chrono Cross. As such, it shares a lot of its story details and characters with the latter.

Radical Dreamers is narrated by the protagonist, Serge who along with his compatriots Kid and Magil decide to break into Viper Manor, inhabited by the infamous Lynx, in order to steal an artifact known as the Frozen Flame. The player controls the events through various commands like minor dialogue choices and actions such as Fight, Magic, Run and so on in combat.
