Captain Tsubasa Vol. II - Super Striker is a game that is both a sports simulation and turn-based RPG. The players have stats and can be increased with every game you play. The game feels cinematic because of anime-style cutscenes, great storylines and out of this world goal shots. The main character is Team Captain Oozora Tsubasa playing with other skilled opponents like Hyuga, Misaki and Wakabayashi, etc. which became part of his team in the final World Cup stage in Brazil.

Quick review:
The AI in this game is ludicruous and somewhat cheating. They can read your moves, run faster than your players and have unlimited guts which can give your goalkeeper a hard time when they can throw special moves endlessly.

The graphics is very good in terms of NES quality and the sound in this game is superb.

All in all, this game is worth playing. It has good story, great gameplay, amazing soundtrack and the goal to get the coveted World Cup is a thing not to be missed.
