You play as a young girl in 2000 A.D Called Alexandra Rovias, She has a father who was recently murdered and he collected rare artificats, three of them belonging to ancients, Chattur'ga, Xel'Lotath and Ulyoth, Ulyoth with his boundless wisdom, Chattur'ga his unquenchable thirst for violence, evil and blood And Xel'Lotath The godess of Insanity, As you play the game which is extremely surreal you come across a book of made from flesh and bone, called the Tome of Eternal Darkness, and person to person a different story, For now i'll give you the main characters background, because if you wish to try the game i shall not distiguish any spoilers for you. Imaginative and quite intelligent, Alexandra is completing her graduate degree in abstract mathematics and number theory. She is stubborn, and her obstinate attitude often get her into trouble. She has returned to Rhode Island to tend to her deceased grandtather's estate to find some answers to his grousome death. Either though im 13 years of age i find this game fantastic, they should've continued with it, unfortunatly the company became bankroupt, I played the game since i was around 7 years of age, and its still my all time favorite game, i extremely recommend it. This cult classic game is replayably fun with multiple endings. With the sanity aspect of the game it makes it so much more interesting.
